1. Orders and Custom Prints

All orders are placed through our website and processed via Stripe.
Customers are responsible for uploading correct and print-ready files. We do not offer proofs, reviews, or approvals before printing.
We will apply your designs as submitted and are not responsible for errors or design flaws in the uploaded files.

2. File Ownership and Restrictions

You retain full ownership of any files you upload.
We prefer PDF files but may accept other formats at our discretion.
We do not permit uploads containing hate speech, pornography, or any content we determine to be lewd, illegal, or inappropriate. We reserve the right to cancel any order and refund the purchase in full.

3. Right to Refuse Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion for any reason. If this occurs, you will receive a full refund in a reasonable time frame.

4. Payment and Refunds

All payments are securely processed through Stripe.
No refunds will be provided unless an order is canceled by us.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that all sales are final unless canceled by KickassPrinters.

5. Shipping

We ship only to addresses within the continental United States.
Delivery dates are not guaranteed and may vary based on production or shipping delays.

6. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your files are print-ready and do not violate any applicable laws or rights of others.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our services, including issues with uploaded content, failed prints, or delayed delivery.
